These terms apply to SlothSchool, a production service for students who manage real product and marketplace listing data.
Use Of The Service
Users may use SlothSchool to manage product data, SKUs, marketplace listing preparation, Shopee and Lazada workflows, Google Sheets connections, and related operational records.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of product, pricing, campaign, image, and marketplace data they enter.
- Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and any marketplace or Google credentials connected to the service.
- Users must comply with applicable Shopee, Lazada, Google, Cloudflare, and marketplace platform rules.
- Users must not upload unlawful content, malicious files, credentials belonging to others, or data they are not permitted to process.
Marketplace And Third-Party Services
SlothSchool can connect to third-party services such as Google Sheets, Shopee, and Lazada when configured by the user. Third-party platforms may change availability, API rules, rate limits, or account review requirements. SlothSchool is not responsible for decisions made by those platforms.
Service Availability
SlothSchool is operated as a real student-facing service, but no uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed. Maintenance, platform outages, API limits, or account review requirements may affect access or marketplace operations.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlothSchool is provided as-is and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-related losses arising from use of the service.
